Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, invoice, and any free gifts (if applicable).
  • Returns may not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, liquid exposure, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or with missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by Atom.
  • Atom reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after inspection of the product, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may be credited within 7–14 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), Atom will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Legal

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to the purchase of products from Atom shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.
