Are Atom Scales purchased online covered by warranty?
All goods sold on Atom Scales are manufactured to stringent Quality Controls and go through a variety of test. They come with minimum 6 months Manufacturer’s warranty. All Atom Scales are serviceable at the corresponding brand’s Authorized Service Center(s) in India,( at minimum cost) unless specified otherwise.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
- Mentioned as In-Stock:
These items will also be mentioned as “In Stock”. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 5 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal
Service which may take upto 2-3 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Kindly consider additional 4 business days incase you have made the payment through cheque or bank transfer. - Preorder or Forthcoming:
These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week. - For Out of Stock items:
Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at atomscales.in. - Permanently Discontinued:
These products are no longer available on atomcales.in because it’s obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order
placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
What are the delivery charges?
Atom Scales provides delivery on reasonable charges (mentioned at the time of order )
Atom scale will provide free delivery on special combo orders ( check our special offers)
How will the delivery be done?
We prefer to process all deliveries through our logistic partners or through our reputed couriers where our logistic partner does not have courier service. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non electronics items (via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. If your order contains an electronics item we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price and shipping charges mentioned on the website is the final price. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does Atom Scales deliver internationally?
Atom Scales unfortunately doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
